CORPORATE STATUS

Adirondack Live Steamers, Incorporated was established under Section 102 (Definitions), subparagraph (a)(5) of the New YorkState Not-for-Profit Corporation Law on 4 April 1984.

 CONSTITUTION

The primary governing document is the Constitution which defines the purpose and location for the corporation along with some basic organizational requirements.  The Constitution also directs that Bylaws be established which define the “membership, dues, meetings, and management” for ALS, Inc.  The current revision of the Constitution is attached in PDF and Microsoft Word file formats and may be viewed by clicking on one of the lines below.

 BYLAWS

The bylaws have undergone several updates since ALS, Inc. was formed.  The latest version, adopted by a properly warned vote at the Membership Meeting on 11 May is attached in PDF and Microsoft Word file formats and may be viewed by clicking on one of the lines below.
